here’s a basic recipe for making kababs:

Ingredients:
– 500g minced meat (chicken, beef, lamb, etc.)
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger paste
– 1 teaspoon garam masala (Indian spice blend)
– 1 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoons oil
– Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, ginger paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil.
2. Mix the ingredients well, using your hands, until everything is thoroughly combined.
3. Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for a few hours for the flavors to meld.
4. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into elongated patties or cylinders.
6. If using a grill, lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking. If using an oven, line a baking tray with parchment paper.
7. Place the shaped kababs on the grill or baking tray and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
8. Once cooked, remove the kababs from the heat source and let them rest for a few minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, rice, or a salad.
Enjoy your homemade kababs!
